Nej\u010dast\u011bji jsou mobilizov\u00e1ny klouby s omezen\u00fdm rozsahem pohyblivosti, tzv. funk\u010dn\u00ed blok\u00e1dou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mobilizace odstra\u0148uje dlouhodob\u00e9 bolesti na hrudi, bolesti hlavy, \u0161\u00edje, zad, horn\u00edch kon\u010detin, hlavy, dechov\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee, z\u00e1vrat\u011b, pocity na omdlen\u00ed, nauzeu (nucen\u00ed na zvracen\u00ed), parest\u00e9zii, tachykardii, anxiozu (\u00fazkost), strach ze smrti apod.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kombinac\u00ed technik m\u011bkk\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0161etrn\u00e9 mobilizace je zpravidla dosahov\u00e1no mnohem lep\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdsledku ne\u017e p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed n\u00e1razov\u00fdch technik. N\u00e1razov\u00e9 techniky nejsou dnes mnoh\u00fdmi terapeuty doporu\u010dov\u00e1ny a v praxi se od rychl\u00fdch manipula\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1raz\u016f ji\u017e upou\u0161t\u00ed. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm by nikdy nem\u011blo doj\u00edt k po\u0161kozen\u00ed pacienta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mobilizace p\u00e1te\u0159e a \u017eeber slou\u017e\u00ed k nen\u00e1siln\u00e9mu odstran\u011bn\u00ed kloubn\u00edch blok\u00e1d na z\u00e1klad\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e9 diagnostiky a lokalizace probl\u00e9mu. Jedn\u00e1 se o jemn\u00fd a c\u00edlen\u00fd pohyb v pohybov\u00e9m segmentu, kter\u00fd obnovuje kloubn\u00ed pohyblivost. Tyto kloubn\u00ed blok\u00e1dy naru\u0161uj\u00ed funkci p\u00e1te\u0159e a dal\u0161\u00edch kloub\u016f a jsou \u010dasto zdrojem bolestiv\u00fdch stav\u016f.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">V oblasti kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e jsou kloubn\u00ed blok\u00e1dy \u010dasto spojen\u00e9 s bolestmi hlavy, z\u00e1vrat\u00ed, nevolnost\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt projekce bolest\u00ed a brn\u011bn\u00ed do ramen a horn\u00edch kon\u010detin.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">V oblasti hrudn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e a \u017eeber mohou b\u00fdt bolesti na hrudi, v oblasti lopatek, dechov\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee spojen\u00e9 s \u00fazkost\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">V oblasti bedern\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e jsou n\u00e1sledkem blok\u00e1d bolesti lokalizovan\u00e9 v doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti zad, ale mohou vyst\u0159elovat i do h\u00fd\u017ed\u00ed, doln\u00edch kon\u010detin, b\u00fdv\u00e1 pocit ztuhlosti, \u010di zt\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 hybnosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mobilizace p\u00e1te\u0159e, perifern\u00edch kloub\u016f a \u017eeber postupn\u011b uvede kloub do spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 polohy nen\u00e1silnou metodou (na rozd\u00edl od manipulace, kdy se jedn\u00e1 o prudkou jednor\u00e1zovou akci a dnes u\u017e se od n\u00ed upou\u0161t\u00ed z d\u016fvod\u016f rizika nata\u017een\u00ed \u010di natr\u017een\u00ed vaz\u016f i jin\u00e9ho v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9ho po\u0161kozen\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p>Mobilizace odstra\u0148uje dlouhodob\u00e9 bolesti na hrudi, bolesti hlavy, \u0161\u00edje, zad, horn\u00edch kon\u010detin, hlavy, dechov\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee, z\u00e1vrat\u011b, pocity na omdlen\u00ed, nauzeu (nucen\u00ed na zvracen\u00ed), parest\u00e9zii, tachykardii, anxiozu (\u00fazkost), strach ze smrti apod.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b si st\u00e1le v\u00edce lid\u00ed st\u011b\u017euje na bolesti v z\u00e1dech a nosn\u00fdch kloubech. Jednou z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din vzniku bolest\u00ed je zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fd zp\u016fsob na\u0161eho \u017eivota, kter\u00fd vede ke stavu tzv. akinetick\u00e9 nemoci. Jedn\u00e1 se o syst\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed z nedostatku pohybu a kter\u00e9 se projevuj\u00ed celkov\u00fdm svalov\u00fdm oslaben\u00edm. Akinetick\u00e1 nemoc se vyzna\u010duje omezen\u00edm pohybov\u00e9 aktivity, co\u017e vede ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed funkce svalov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd pak nedostate\u010dn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje cel\u00fd metabolismus. Pohybov\u00e1 chudost zp\u016fsobuje nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kloubn\u00edho a svalov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.
